<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>39A.160 Witnesses -- Production of records and documents. <br>For the purpose of making surveys and investigations and obtaining information which <br>may be necessary to the operation or enforcement of KRS Chapters 39A to 39F, the <br>Governor, or the director with the written approval of the Governor, may compel by <br>subpoena the attendance of witnesses, and the production of books, papers, records, and <br>documents of individuals, firms, associations, and corporations. All officers, boards, <br>commissions, and divisions of the state, the political subdivisions thereof, and special <br>districts, having information which is the subject of the investigation, shall cooperate <br>with and assist the Governor or the director in making the investigation and surveys. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky.
