<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>39B.080 Powers, duties, rights, privileges, and immunities of employees rendering <br>outside aid. <br>When the employees of any county, urban-county, charter county, or city are rendering <br>outside aid pursuant to the authority contained in this chapter, the employees shall have <br>the same powers, duties, rights, privileges, and immunities as if they were performing <br>their duties in the jurisdiction in which they are normally employed. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky.
