<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>39C.100 Administration of supplementary state funding program -- Administrative <br>regulations. <br>The division shall administer the supplementary state funding program authorized in KRS <br>39C.010 and 39C.020 and the division shall, by administrative regulations, promulgate <br>and apply eligibility requirements and standards of performance to be achieved by all <br>local emergency management agencies. The division may promulgate other <br>administrative regulations, and issue any program guidance, necessary to carry out the <br>provisions of KRS 39C.010 and 39C.020. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Created 1998 Ky.
