<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>39E.070 SARA Title III programs account. <br>(1) The "SARA Title III Programs Account" is hereby established as a trust and agency <br>account in the State Treasury for the purpose of assisting in the administration and <br>operation of programs authorized by this chapter. <br>(2) Funds from civil and other penalties, donations, and sources other than fees shall be <br>placed in the account.
