<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>40.357 Administrative regulations implementing Indigent Veterans' Burial <br>Program. <br>(1) The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall promulgate administrative regulations to <br>implement the Indigent Veterans' Burial Program. These regulations shall be in <br>accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A. <br>(2) The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall coordinate with the Department of <br>Military Affairs and the veterans' service organizations to determine the eligibility <br>of an indigent veteran in the Commonwealth of Kentucky for the Indigent Veterans' <br>Burial Program under administrative regulations to be promulgated by the <br>Department of Veterans' Affairs. <br>(3) The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall coordinate the Indigent Veterans' Burial <br>Program with the Department of Military Affairs, the veterans' service <br>organizations, the Kentucky Association of Cemeteries, and the Kentucky Funeral <br>Directors' Association. <br>Effective: July 15, 2008 <br>History: Created 2008 Ky.
