<br><br>41.130 Warrants -- Contents -- Conditions of issuance. <br>(1) Each warrant of the Finance and Administration Cabinet upon the Treasury shall <br>specify the date, amount, and person to whom payable, and no money shall be <br>disbursed by the Treasurer unless the warrant contains these specifications. <br>(2) No warrant shall be issued unless the money to pay it has been appropriated by law. <br>The Finance and Administration Cabinet may require any claimant to state on the <br>face of his claim the law under which it is payable. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
