<br><br>41.260 Transfer of deposits among depositories. <br>Whenever the Treasurer decides to transfer any deposit of public money from one (1) <br>state depository bank to another, the Treasurer shall notify the Finance and <br>Administration Cabinet, describing the proposed transfer and the deposit of money to be <br>transferred. On receipt of the notification the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall <br>register the proposed transfer and issue its warrant for the amounts specified by the <br>Treasurer. When the transfers have been completed the Treasurer shall immediately <br>notify the Finance and Administration Cabinet. <br>Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
