<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>41.620 Application for linked deposit loan -- Effect of false statement. <br>(1) Applications for linked investments shall: <br>(a) Be made on forms of the lending institution which includes a financial <br>statement of the borrower; and <br>(b) Be in accordance with all statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to <br>the link deposit investment program, KRS 41.600 to 41.625. <br>(2) Any person who knowingly makes a false statement concerning an application for a <br>linked investment loan shall be charged with the offense of issuing a false financial <br>statement, and shall be subject to the penalty provided for the offense in KRS <br>411.070. <br>Effective: July 15, 1996 <br>History: Amended 1996 Ky.
