<br><br>42.4586 Transfers from local government economic development fund to secondary <br>wood products development fund. <br>(1) Five percent (5%) of the moneys remaining in the local government economic <br>development fund following the transfer of moneys to the local government <br>economic assistance fund provided for in KRS 42.4585 shall be transferred into the <br>secondary wood products development fund created by KRS 154.47-070 for the <br>purposes of KRS 154.47-015 to 154.47-070. <br>(2) Moneys transferred into the secondary wood products development fund under <br>subsection (1) of this section shall not be subject to any other provision of KRS <br>42.450 to 42.495. <br>Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
