<br><br>42.490 Transfer of fund balances of county. <br>All unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under KRS 42.300, <br>and all unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under KRS <br>42.330, and all unencumbered fund balances in each county's account established under <br>KRS 177.970, shall be transferred to that county's account established to implement the <br>provisions of KRS 42.450 to 42.495.
