<br><br>42.555 Investment commission as Sinking Fund Commission -- Sale of stock in <br>Bank of Kentucky. <br>(1) For the purposes of Section 185 of the Constitution of Kentucky, the State <br>Investment Commission shall constitute the Sinking Fund Commission. <br>(2) The State Investment Commission may sell the stock in the Bank of Kentucky <br>referred to in Sections 184 and 185 of the Constitution of Kentucky. The State <br>Investment Commission may sell and reinvest the proceeds of the sale of the stock <br>in the Bank of Kentucky from time to time. <br>Effective: Created 1982 Ky.
