43.040 Duty of Auditor at end of term. Upon his resignation or the expiration of his term of office, the Auditor shall, with the aid <br>of the Secretary of State, make an inventory of the books, furniture and stationery <br>belonging to the office, file the inventory in the Office of the Secretary of State, and <br>deliver the books, furniture and stationery to his successor.
