<br><br>44.010 Claims upon State Treasury, how paid. <br>All claims upon the State Treasury that are authorized by law shall be paid when due by <br>the State Treasurer to the person entitled to the amount claimed. The warrant for such <br>payment shall be issued by the Finance and Administration Cabinet upon such proof of <br>services performed or of demand made as is required by law. <br>History: Amended 1974 Ky.
