44.050 Motor vehicles, when may be purchased out of state funds. The Department of Military Affairs is hereby authorized to purchase from state funds <br>motor trucks to be used in the carrying out of the functions of this department, and it is <br>further provided that the Department of Military Affairs may acquire motor vehicles by <br>gift or transfer from the federal government for use in said department.
