<br><br>44.080 Sessions of board -- Rules -- Subpoenas -- Oaths. <br>The board shall hold regular sessions at Frankfort, Kentucky, in January, May and <br>September, beginning on a day to be fixed by the board, and such special sessions at such <br>places as it deems necessary to expedite the business of the board. The board shall <br>establish rules for its government and for the regulation of the method of pleading and <br>practice before it.
