45.0005 Definitions for chapter. As used in this chapter: (1) "Branch budget bill" shall have the same meaning as in KRS 48.010; (2) "Document" means any physical embodiment of information or ideas, regardless of form or characteristic, including electronic versions thereof; (3) "Warrant" means a printed or electronic authorization from the Finance and Administration Cabinet for the State Treasurer to issue a check; and (4) "Writing" or "written" means letters, words, or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, magnetic impulse, mechanical or electronic recording, or other form of data compilation.
