<br><br>45A.165 Report of contracts made under KRS 45A.095. <br>(1) A report shall be compiled annually by the chief purchasing officer, within ninety <br>(90) days following the close of the fiscal year, of contracts made under KRS <br>45A.095 during that preceding fiscal year. The report shall: <br>(a) Name each contractor; <br>(b) State the amount and type of each contract; <br>(c) Describe the supplies, services, or construction purchased by each contract; <br>and <br>(d) Include as attachments copies of all determinations and findings required to be <br>made by provisions of this code and implementing regulations. <br>(2) Reports required under subsection (1) of this section shall be retained for a period of <br>five (5) years and shall be made available to the General Assembly and the public <br>upon request. <br>Effective: January 1, 1979 <br>History: Created 1978 Ky.
