<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>45A.630 Definitions for KRS 45A.035, 45A.095, 45A.630, and 45A.645. <br>As used in this section and KRS 45A.035, 45A.095, and 45A.645: <br>(1) "Agricultural product" means any unprocessed farm product raised or produced as a <br>result of being in the business of "agriculture", as defined by KRS 246.010. <br>"Agricultural product" does not include tobacco; and <br>(2) "Kentucky-grown agricultural product" means any agricultural product raised or <br>produced in Kentucky. <br>Effective: July 15, 2002 <br>History: Created 2002 Ky.
