<br><br>45A.665 Definitions for KRS 45A.665 to 45A.685. <br>(1) "Agency" means any office, department, bureau, or other institution in Kentucky <br>state government which awards contracts for purchase of property, goods, or <br>services; <br>(2) "Cabinet" means the Finance and Administration Cabinet; <br>(3) "Small or small minority business set aside" means a purchase or contract request <br>for which bids are to be invited and accepted only from small or small minority <br>businesses by the cabinet; <br>(4) "Small or small minority business" shall be defined by the administrative <br>regulations promulgated by the cabinet. <br>Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky.
