<br><br>45A.820 Compensation and expense reimbursement of selection committee <br>members. <br>(1) Selection committee members who are not employees of state agencies or state <br>universities shall receive a salary of two hundred dollars ($200) per day for those <br>days authorized by the selection committee for selection committee activities. <br>(2) Selection committee members who are employees of state agencies or state <br>universities shall not receive a salary for their time spent on selection committee <br>activities, and the state government salaries of these committee members shall not <br>be reduced due to time spent away from other state government activities. <br>(3) All selection committee members shall be reimbursed for costs necessarily incurred <br>in carrying out their duties. All reimbursements shall be authorized by the selection <br>committee. <br>(4) The procuring agency shall pay all costs generated under this section by a selection <br>committee. <br>Effective: April 3, 1998 <br>History: Amended 1998 Ky.
