<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>48.112 Governor <br>to <br>include <br>certain <br>appropriations <br>within <br>budget <br>recommendations for benefit reserve fund within Kentucky Workers' <br>Compensation Funding Commission. <br>(1) The provisions of any other law notwithstanding, the Governor shall include in the <br>budget recommendation for the executive branch and in the draft branch budget bill <br>for the executive branch submitted to each even-numbered-year regular session of <br>the General Assembly for the biennium period beginning July 1, 1998, and for each <br>biennium thereafter, recommendations for appropriations as provided in KRS <br>342.122(1)(c) to be made by the General Assembly to the benefit reserve fund <br>within the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Funding Commission established by <br>KRS Chapter 342. <br>(2) The amount to be recommended for appropriation to the benefit reserve fund within <br>the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Funding Commission shall be nineteen <br>million dollars (&#36;19,000,000) of the coal severance tax, levied under KRS 143.020, <br>estimate for each fiscal year of the biennium. <br>Effective: June 21, 2001 <br>History: Amended 2001 Ky.
