48.050 Submission of budget unit requests. The head of each budget unit shall submit its budget unit request to the Office of State <br>Budget Director, in the case of the executive branch, to the Chief Justice, in the case of <br>the judicial branch, to the director of the Legislative Research Commission, in the case of <br>the legislative branch; and to the Legislative Research Commission, not later than <br>November 15 of each odd-numbered year.
