<br><br>48.605 Revision of allotments within appropriations. <br>(1) Allotments within appropriations for the activities and purposes contained in an <br>enacted branch budget bill may be revised as follows: <br>(a) For the executive branch, upon authorization of the state budget director at the <br>request of the head of a budget unit; <br>(b) For the judicial branch, upon authorization of the director of the <br>Administrative Office of the Courts, or his designee; and, <br>(c) For the legislative branch, upon authorization of the director of the Legislative <br>Research Commission, or his designee. <br>(2) A copy of the request and determinations shall be transmitted to the Interim Joint <br>Committee on Appropriations and Revenue prior to the implementation of the <br>revision of the allotment. <br>Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
