56.460 Commission to transfer to cabinet capital outlay appropriation. The commission shall transfer to the cabinet any appropriation which may be made to it, <br>to be expended for the purpose of acquiring real estate and for building projects for any <br>state agency, and for matching federal funds available under 42 U.S.C. ch. 6A, subch. IV <br>(secs. 291 et seq.) or any other federal law for the purchase, construction, improvement, <br>or repairing of property to be used for public purposes, whether owned by the <br>Commonwealth or any agency thereof, or by any political subdivision or municipality, or <br>by nonprofit corporations or associations.
