<br><br>56.465 Disposition of land in custody of state agency. <br>In any case where the real property that is proposed to be sold pursuant to KRS 56.463 is <br>in the custody of a state agency, the cabinet may submit to such agency a general <br>description of the intended use of the land, along with such detailed information as the <br>agency may require, but the finding of the cabinet on the question of selling and <br>conveying the real property shall be final.
