<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>56.778 Inclusion of life-cycle energy cost analyses in bids or plans to construct or <br>renovate state-owned buildings. <br>The cabinet shall require persons submitting bids or plans for state-owned buildings to be <br>constructed or substantially renovated after July 15, 1996, to include within those bids or <br>plans life-cycle energy cost analyses. The cabinet shall consider those life-cycle cost <br>analyses when evaluating competing bids or plans. <br>Effective: February 25, 2010 <br>History: Repealed and reenacted 2010 Ky.
