<br><br>56.800 Finance and Administration Cabinet responsible for leasing of all property <br>for state use. <br>The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall be responsible for the lease of all real <br>property rentals required for use by all departments, agencies, and administrative bodies <br>of the state government listed in KRS Chapter 12 that do not have statutory authority to <br>lease property, and no lease of real property shall be binding against the Commonwealth <br>or any agency unless made and entered into as provided in KRS 43.050, 48.111, and <br>56.800 to 56.823. <br>Effective: June 25, 2009 <br>History: Amended 2009 Ky.
