<br><br>56.8179 Building and construction code requirements. <br>A building constructed and leased to the Commonwealth under a built-to-suit lease <br>agreement shall be constructed: <br>(a) In accordance with all applicable state and national safety, building, and <br>construction code requirements; and <br>(b) To last, at a minimum, for a period of thirty (30) years. <br>Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Created 1992 Ky.
