<br><br>56.822 Limited judicial review. <br>Judicial review of the action of the Finance and Administration Cabinet and its secretary <br>and the Department for Facilities Management and its commissioner in the award, or <br>modification, of a lease pursuant to KRS 43.050, 48.111, and 56.800 to 56.823 shall be <br>limited to determining whether a lease or modification to a lease was procured by fraud or <br>was awarded arbitrarily or capriciously. <br>Effective: June 25, 2009 <br>History: Amended 2009 Ky.
