58.125 Sale of housing mortgage bonds. Any public body as defined in KRS 58.410 when issuing bonds for the purpose of <br>facilitating the construction, renovation or purchase of new or existing housing, including <br>single family mortgage revenue bonds and multifamily housing revenue bonds, may issue <br>and sell the bonds upon such terms, for such prices, and at such interest rates, as are <br>deemed appropriate by the public body, including by public sale pursuant to KRS Chapter <br>424 or by private negotiated sale without advertisement.
