<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>58.205 Issuance of revenue bonds for housing project outside jurisdictional <br>boundaries. <br>After July 12, 2006, no city, county, charter county, urban-county, consolidated local <br>government, or special district shall issue revenue bonds as provided in this chapter for <br>any housing project which is located outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the issuing <br>entity without the express written consent of the elected legislative body of the city, <br>county, charter county, urban-county, or consolidated local government in which the <br>housing project will be located. <br>Effective: July 12, 2006 <br>History: Created 2006 Ky.
