<br><br>58.025 Facsimile signatures. <br>It shall be lawful for public bodies, when issuing bonds pursuant to this chapter, to issue <br>and execute said bonds with either the manual or facsimile signatures of its officers as <br>may be determined by the governing bodies of the respective public bodies which are the <br>issuers thereof; but subject nevertheless to such approvals as may now or hereafter be <br>applicable thereto according to law. <br>Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Created 1986 Ky.
