<br><br>6.575 Legislators' Retirement Plan insurance fund -- Purpose. <br>(1) There is hereby created and established a state fund to be known as the "Legislators' <br>Retirement Plan Insurance Fund." <br>(2) The fund is created for the purpose of providing a fund separate from legislators' <br>retirement funds, and is to be used to provide fringe benefits to retired recipients of <br>legislators' retirement benefits, and to their dependents or beneficiaries named in <br>KRS 6.577. <br>Effective: April 15, 1982. <br>History: Created 1982 Ky.
