<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>6.935 Attorney General, Auditor of Public Accounts, and other officials to assist <br>committee. <br>(1) The Attorney General, or an assistant attorney general designated by him, the <br>Auditor of Public Accounts, cabinet secretaries, and the heads of other state <br>agencies shall assist the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee <br>in whatever manner the committee deems that these officials can be helpful. <br>(2) Staffing and support services shall be provided the Legislative Program Review and <br>Investigations Committee pursuant to KRS 7.090. <br>Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Amended 1994 Ky.
