<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>61.251 Definitions for KRS 61.252. <br>As used in KRS 61.252: <br>(1) "City agency" means any board, commission, authority, nonstock corporation, or <br>other entity created by a city, either individually or jointly with any other unit of <br>local government; <br>(2) "Contract" means any agreement for the sale, lease, or purchase of any interest in <br>real or personal property or the provision of any service; and <br>(3) "Officer" means any person, whether compensated or not, and whether full-time or <br>part-time, who is an elected or appointed officer of a city, or who is a member of the <br>governing board of any city agency. <br>Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky.
