<br><br>61.918 Use of force less than deadly force. <br>A special law enforcement officer may, in the course of accomplishing any lawful arrest <br>for a criminal offense other than a felony committed upon the public property as herein <br>provided, use and apply that force, less than deadly force, which he believes is necessary <br>to make the arrest. <br>Effective: January 1, 1977 <br>History: Created 1976 Ky.
