<br><br>62.180 Condition of bonds of state officers -- Ex officio liability. <br>Each bond provided for in KRS 62.160 shall be a covenant to the Commonwealth of <br>Kentucky that the principal will faithfully discharge his duties and will faithfully account <br>for and pay over all money and property that may come into his possession by virtue of <br>his office or position.
