<br><br>62.030 Oath of fiduciaries. <br>Every person, before entering on the duty of executor, administrator, guardian, curator or <br>conservator of a person who is mentally disabled, or any other like trust or employment, <br>in lieu of all other oaths not expressly required by law, shall take in substance the <br>following oath or affirmation "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully <br>perform the duties of .... according to law." <br>Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky.
