<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>62.065 Individual not to be surety on more than one bond -- Nonapplicability of <br>limitation to corporate sureties. <br>Individual sureties on bonds required by law to be executed and given by an officer of any <br>city or county as provided in subsection (1) of KRS 62.060, shall not become surety on <br>more than one (1) bond of any such officer at the same time.
