64.347 Population, how determined -- Effect of change of population during term of officer. The population of a county shall, for the purposes of KRS 64.346, be determined by the <br>most recent federal decennial census enumeration; provided; however that the provisions <br>of those sections and subsections shall not become operative to such officers mentioned <br>therein during their term in counties determined to have acquired, since the last census, a <br>population of more than 75,000.
