<br><br>64.005 Clerk's fee for filing bond or release on recognizance. <br>(1) The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Circuit Courts shall <br>collect a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for taking or filing any bond or release on <br>recognizance. <br>(2) Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the State Treasury. <br>Effective: July 1, 2008 <br>History: Amended 2008 Ky.
