<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>65.027 Reciprocal preference to be given to resident bidders by local governments. <br>(1) As used in this section, "local government" means city, county, urban-county, <br>consolidated local government, charter county, unified local government, or special <br>district. <br>(2) For all contracts awarded by a local government, the local government shall apply <br>the reciprocal preference for resident bidders described in KRS 45A.494. <br>Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Created 2010 Ky.
