<br><br>65.333 Meetings. <br>(1) The council shall meet at least four (4) times each year at the times it determines by <br>resolution. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson. Upon the request of <br>three (3) members of the council, the chairperson shall call a special meeting. <br>(2) Notice of each meeting shall be given by the chairperson at least ten (10) days prior <br>to the time of the meeting, unless all members of the council waive notice. <br>Effective: July 14, 1992 <br>History: Created 1992 Ky.
