<br><br>65.460 Local legislative bodies denied power of eminent domain. <br>Local legislative bodies shall not exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire scenic <br>easements. Nothing contained in this chapter shall prevent the use of eminent domain to <br>acquire all other interests or rights in real property. A scenic easement will terminate <br>when eminent domain is used to acquire property covered by the scenic easement <br>agreement. <br>History: Amended 1976 Ky.
