<br><br>65.472 Recording of easement. <br>Upon acceptance of any instrument creating a scenic easement the clerk of the local <br>legislative body shall record the same in the office of the county clerk and file copies with <br>the property valuation administrator and the local planning commission if such <br>commission exists.
