<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>65.679 KRS 65.660 to 65.679 supersede structure and taxing privileges of fire, <br>ambulance, and emergency squad districts -- Other provisions not affected. <br>If a fiscal court chooses to create an emergency services board, the provisions of KRS <br>65.660 to 65.679 shall supersede the structure of the boards of directors and the taxing <br>privileges under KRS 108.080 to 108.180, KRS 75.010 to 75.260, and KRS Chapter 39F. <br>The remaining provisions of KRS 108.080 to 108.180, KRS 75.010 to 75.260, and KRS <br>Chapter 39F, applicable to the operation of the fire department, ambulance service, or <br>emergency squad, shall remain in effect. <br>Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Created 2000 Ky.
