65.720 Construction of contract provisions. No provisions of KRS 65.710 shall be construed as to limit the power of any city or <br>county to contract for services under requirements which are stricter than those listed in <br>KRS 65.710 and 65.720, or to require insurance or bonding of contractors, provided such <br>provisions are not in conflict with the requirements of KRS 65.710 and 65.720.
