<br><br>65.7709 Time of issuance -- Format. <br>Notes shall be dated as of a date not more than thirty (30) days after the effective date of <br>the legislation authorizing the notes. Notes shall be issued in the denominations, shall be <br>subject to the rights of prior redemption, shall have the privileges of exchange and <br>registration, shall be dated, shall be in registered or bearer form, with or without coupons, <br>and shall be payable at the place or places, all as the governing body of the governmental <br>agency may determine. <br>Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky.
