<br><br>66.517 Powers of board. <br>The board may exercise all the powers granted to governmental agencies by KRS 58.010 <br>to 58.140. The board may exercise all the powers granted to a county building <br>commission by KRS 67.450 to 67.555. Furthermore, the board may use the procedures <br>and powers of each of those sets of sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes to obtain <br>facilities and improvements for the matters of statewide concern described in KRS <br>66.520. <br>Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Amended 1980 Ky.
