67.730 Inability of county judge/executive to serve during emergency. When the absence or disability of the duly-elected county judge/executive of any county <br>shall prevent his serving in office during an emergency involving national and state <br>defense, the duties of the county judge/executive shall be administered temporarily by the <br>deputy county judge/executive, if one has been appointed by the county judge/executive <br>and is actively serving as such.
